Idk how Call of Brine could be changed though, ive heard suggestions about how it should only affect one gen at a time, which possibly would be fine?, since Overcharge would still affect all gens and its a more balanced version of the perk, while Call of Brine would be the heavy hitter it only affects one gen, and while OC is weaker it affects ... Without combining them with each other or lets say Overcharge, what do you think of these perks? Personally i think Call of Brine would KINDA be okaish on its own, but Eruption still presents a problem due to its lack of counter. I still feel both perks should be balanced, and we already have confirmation for Eruption (thank god).

No, only kicking gens activates call of brine. You need to specifically kick a gen to activate Call of Brine, so Pain Resonance, Ruin (obviously), and Jolt/Surge does not activate Call of Brine. The way I see it is that Call of Brine has less regression but offers more consistent regression while Overcharge offers much better regression but isn't guaranteed to hit that point. Also Call of Brine does give noise notifications as well so I think there's valid reasons to run one over the other (Assuming they don't stack)Call of Brine is a better perk than I previously thought.
