GJBenn85. My QX is my third Infiniti and every single one has occasionally had a problem where the VDC/SLIP/BRAKE lights come on. It is extremely common the FX. Check engine light / VDC OFF / SLIP lights on. I just recently got my 2011 Fronty with 31K miles serviced for brakes, rotors and my MAF sensor going bad. Everything was fine but I the other day those lights tripped on and my car started to jerk and rev oddly so I had pulled over and cleared the lights by doing the reset "accelerator pedal" trick.The simplest thing to do is to take it back to the dealer. My 2008 Xterra had the VDC/slip light on when it was delivered. Just took it back the next day and they fixed it. Not really sure what the problem was. They said the steering angle detector (or something like that) had to be re-adjusted and the computer had to be reset.Make sure that the truck is pointed straight down the road and the steering wheel is straight. Turn the truck off. Turn the truck on. DO NOT TURN THE STEERING WHEEL AT ALL. Put the truck in gear and drive in a straight line.
