Alright, thanks for the reply!I was able to get in to the database with a browser and I *assume* you could delete the database and more would eventually spawn but I wouldnt try that on a prod server. I also tried removing the vehicles .db and journal file but there were no vehicles at all so it does not trigger a complete respawn. #3.
