From there it should hold pressure and the pump should run while cranking to keep pressure to the system. Jump the solenoid or put power directly to the starter and see if it turns over then. If so then the solenoid is bad. Or measure the voltage at the starter with the start button engaged. It should pressurize the fuel system on the first turn of the key to on. From there it should hold pressure and the pump should run while cranking to keep pressure to the system.
