NBMEs are spot on when to comes to the style of step 2. Vague question stems. Lots of next step management questions. The question stems give additional symptoms that don't align with the main diagnosis to throw u off. At least, that's how I felt about it. Took it last week. Took NBME 10 and 11 and Free 120..
