Iron golems spawning outside farm - I just updated my paper MC server to 1.19, and discovered my iron farm wasn't producing anymore. It's a pretty simple 3 villager + zombie farm, with a small spawning platform for golems. I tried a bunch of things, but finally discovered that the problem was that I had wall blocks 3 spaces above my spawning platform surface.
